Löyly tracks your sauna sessions — duration, temperature, and streaks — and can sync them to Apple Health.

How does Apple Health sync work? Turn it on in Settings. Once enabled, every session you log is written to Apple Health as a workout. You'll need to grant permission the first time — if you decline, you can turn it on later from Löyly's Settings tab, which will prompt you again.
How does the free trial / subscription work? Löyly includes a free trial period, after which continued access requires an auto-renewable monthly subscription. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription? On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Löyly. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
I was charged but the app still shows the paywall. Tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall screen. If that doesn't resolve it, email us with your Apple ID email (not your payment details) and we'll help sort it out.
